General Annotation

Sub Unit:
Interacts with EP300.

Function:
Probable methyltransferase (By similarity). Isoform 5 overexpression in lung progenitor cells stimulates smooth muscle-specific gene expression and suppresses adipogenic gene expression. Isoform 4 and isoform 7 stimulate adipogenesis.

Subcellular Location:
Cytoplasm Nucleus Isoform 5 localizes to the nucleus upon cell stretch in embryonic lung progenitor cells.
