Product Overview:
E2038Ge is a ready-to-use microwell, strip plate ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) Kit for analyzing the presence of the A Disintegrin and Metalloprotease 30 (Diacylglycerol) ELISA Kit target analytes in biological samples. The concentration gradients of the kit standards or positive controls render a theoretical kit detection range in biological research samples containing Diacylglycerol. The ELISA analytical biochemical technique of the E2038Ge kit is based on Diacylglycerol antibody-Diacylglycerol antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect Diacylglycerol antigen targets in samples. The ELISA Kit is designed to detect native, recombinant, Diacylglycerol. Appropriate sample types may include undiluted human body fluids and/or tissue homogenates, secretions. Quality control assays assessing reproducibility identified the intra-assay CV (%) and inter-assay CV(%).

Linearity
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of Diacylglycerol and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

General Annotation

Sub Unit:
N/A

Function:
A diglyceride, or a diacylglycerol (DAG), is a glyceride consisting of two fatty acid chains covalently bonded to a glycerol molecule through ester linkages. One example, shown on the right, is 1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-glycerol, which contains side-chains derived from palmitic acid and oleic acid. Diacylglycerols can also have many different combinations of fatty acids attached at both the C-1 and C-2 positions.
