Product Overview:
E1938Ge is a ready-to-use microwell, strip plate ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) Kit for analyzing the presence of the A Disintegrin and Metalloprotease 30 (Arginine) ELISA Kit target analytes in biological samples. The concentration gradients of the kit standards or positive controls render a theoretical kit detection range in biological research samples containing Arginine. The ELISA analytical biochemical technique of the E1938Ge kit is based on Arginine antibody-Arginine antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect Arginine antigen targets in samples. The ELISA Kit is designed to detect native, recombinant, Arginine. Appropriate sample types may include undiluted human body fluids and/or tissue homogenates, secretions. Quality control assays assessing reproducibility identified the intra-assay CV (%) and inter-assay CV(%).

Linearity
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of Arginine and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

General Annotation

Function:
Arginine (abbreviated as Arg or R) is an α-amino acid. It was first isolated in 1886. The L-form is one of the 20 most common natural amino acids. At the level of molecular genetics, in the structure of the messenger ribonucleic acid mRNA, CGU, CGC, CGA, CGG, AGA, and AGG, are the triplets of nucleotide bases or codons that codify for arginine during protein synthesis. In mammals, arginine is classified as a semiessential or conditionally essential amino acid, depending on the developmental stage and health status of the individual. Preterm infants are unable to synthesize or create arginine internally, making the amino acid nutritionally essential for them.
