E0951h is a ready-to-use microwell, strip plate ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) Kit for analyzing the presence of the A Disintegrin and Metalloprotease 30 (Fc region of Immunoglobulin G) ELISA Kit target analytes in biological samples. The concentration gradients of the kit standards or positive controls render a theoretical kit detection range in biological research samples containing Fc region of Immunoglobulin G. The ELISA analytical biochemical technique of the E0951h kit is based on Fc region of Immunoglobulin G antibody-Fc region of Immunoglobulin G antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect Fc region of Immunoglobulin G antigen targets in samples. The ELISA Kit is designed to detect native, recombinant, Fc region of Immunoglobulin G. Appropriate sample types may include undiluted human body fluids and/or tissue homogenates, secretions. Quality control assays assessing reproducibility identified the intra-assay CV (%) and inter-assay CV(%).

Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay):Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess intra-assay precision.

Intra-Assay CV: ≤5.1%

Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays):Three samples of known concentration were tested in five separate assays to assess inter-assay precision.

Linearity

Fc binds to various cell receptors and complement proteins. In this way, it mediates different physiological effects of antibodies (Detection of opsonized particles; cell lysis; degranulation of mast cells, basophils, and eosinophils; and other processes).


Location:
The fragment crystallizable region (Fc region) is the tail region of an antibody that interacts with cell surface receptors called Fc receptors and some proteins of the complement system. This property allows antibodies to activate the immune system. The Fc regions of IgGs bear a highly conserved N-glycosylation site. Glycosylation of the Fc fragment is essential for Fc receptor-mediated activity.
